A little off topic, but in support, there are several Admins complaining that their members are getting strange problems, most of which is because their internet settings are wrong, so in the next post is a description of how i have my settings, and i have no problems gaining access to all boards i view when helping.
You may find it easier to open 2 windows so you can scroll the instructions, while adjusting the settings. (CTRL and N, or file-> New-> window)
The settings below are for IE6 running on XP
